Healthy Golden Red Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Primera Red Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic (minced)
  • 1Tablespoon of Onion (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dried Shrimp
  • ¼ Cup of Carrot (diced)
  •  ¼ Cup of Potato (diced)
  • ¼ Cup of Shiitake Mushroom (diced)
  • ¼ Cup of Chicken


Directions

Cook Primera Red Rice

  1. Wash 1 cup Primera red rice.
  2. Drain the water completely.
  3. Add in 2 cups water.
  4. Cook as usual.

Prepare Healthy Golden Red Rice

  1. Heat up 1tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add in 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of onion and 1 tablespoon of dried shrimp
  3. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add in ¼ cup of carrot, ¼ cup of potato, ¼ cup of shiitake mushroom and ¼ cup of chicken.
  5. Stir fry until fragrant.
  6. Add in 1 cup of cooked Primera Red Rice, 2/3 cup of pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper powder.
  7. Stir and mix well
  8. Serve it while it still hot.
