Directions
Cook Primera Red Rice
- Wash 1 cup Primera red rice
- Drain the water completely
- Add in 2 cups water
- Cook as usual
Prepare The Salad Sauce
- Mix ¼ cup fish Sauce, ¼ cup lime Juice, 2 tablespoon palm sugar, 1 tablespoon Roasted primera red rice powder and 2 teaspoon chili powder Put the rice in a bowl.
Prepare The Salad
- Add ¼ cup of water, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, and 1.5 cup of ground chicken meat to pan. Cook, stirring frequently until chicken is just cooked through but not browned at all, about 6 minutes.
- Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool for five minutes.
- Add spring onion, basil leaves, cilantro, shallot, mint, salad sauce and roasted primera red rice powder. Mix well
- Serve with Primera red rice. Topped with cabbage, cili bangi, long bean and cucumber.
