Pera-Pina with Red


  • Primera Red Rice
  • Pineapple
  • Water
  • Sugar


  1. Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces.
  2. In a pot add 2 litres water, pineapple pieces, ½ cup Primera Red Rice and ½ cup brown sugar.
  3. Bring it to boil, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mix to a food processer, and grind to produce fine mixture.
  5. Filter the mixture using a sieve
  6. Serve chill.
