Prosperity Red Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Primera Red Rice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic (minced)
  • ½ Cup of Onion (minced)
  • 2 Cups of Ground Beef
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ginger (minced)
  • 2/3 cup of Fermented Bean Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce
  • 1-2 Teaspoons of Organic sugar
  • 400 Milliliters of water
  • 1-2 Teaspoons of Dark Soy Sauce
  • Dried shrimp (roasted)
  • Spring/green onion
  • Ginger (strip)

Directions

Cook Red Rice Porridge

  1. In a pot, put 1 cup of Primera Red Rice and 7-8 cups of water.
  2. Cook and stir occasionally until it gets thicker.

Prepare Bena Paste Beef

  1. Heat up 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  2. Add in 2 tablespoons of garlic, ½ cup of onion, 2 cups of ground beef and 1 1ablespoon of ginger.
  3. Stir fry until fragrant.
  4. Add in 2/3 cup of fermented bean paste, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce and 1-2 teaspoons of organic sugar.
  5. Stir fry again.
  6. Add in 400 millilitres of water.
  7. Cook and stir occasionally until it gets thicker.
  8. Add in 1-2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce and mix well.
  9. Serve together with dried shrimp, spring onion and ginger.
