Red Healthy Pancake

Ingredients

  • Primera Red Rice
  • Water
  • Potato
  • Chili flake
  • Pepper
  • Himalaya Salt
  • Chili
  • Ginger
  • Curry
  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Sodium Bicarbonate

Directions

Prepare the Dessert

  1. Add 2 cups of soaked overnight Primera red rice, 1 steamed potato, 1¼ cup of water in a blender. Blend until smooth texture.
  2. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add in ¼ teaspoon chili flake, ½ teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon, Himalayan salt, 1/8 cup capsicum, 1 inch of grated ginger, 4-5 finely chopped curry leaves, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 diced small onion, ¼ cup diced tomato, 1-3 diced red chilies, 1/8 cup grated carrot. Mix well.
  3. Fried on non-stick pan until it turns golden colour.
