Ingredients

  • Primera red rice | Primera beras merah | Primera红米
  • Chicken meat | Daging ayam | 鸡肉
  • Mushroom | Cendawan | 蘑菇
  • Broccoli | Brokoli | 西兰花
  • Olive oil | Minyak Zaitun | 橄榄油
  • Himalayan salt | Garam Himalaya | 喜马拉雅盐
  • Pepper | Lada | 胡椒

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken, broccoli and mushroom | Peram ayam, brokoli dan cendawan | 腌制鸡肉,西兰花和蘑菇
  2. Add in 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt, 1/4 tsp pepper | Masukkan 2 tbsp minyak zaitun, 1/4 tsp garam Himalaya, 1/4 tsp lada | 加入2汤匙橄榄油,1/4茶匙喜马拉雅盐,1/4茶匙胡椒
  3. Mix well | Campurkan | 拌匀
  4. Marinate for 1/2 hour | Peram selama 1/2 jam | 腌1/2小时
  5. Baking | Bakar | 烘烤
  6. Place rice, chicken, broccoli and mushroom on a baking tray | Letakkan nasi, ayam, brokoli dan cendawan pada dulang penaik | 将饭,鸡肉,西兰花和蘑菇排放在烤盘上
  7. Bake at 425 degree Celsius for 1 hour | Bakar pada 425 darjah Celcius selama 1 jam | 在425摄氏度下烘烤1小时
