Simple Kerabu Red Noodle


  • 1 Piece Primera Red Rice Noodle
  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Fish Sauce
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Organic Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemongrass
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ginger Torch Flower
  • Chili
  • Carrot
  • French Bean


Cook Red Rice Noodle

  1. In a pot, bring water to boil.
  2. Boil the red rice noodle for approximately 3 minutes or until it is tender.

Prepare Kerabu Sauce

  1. In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, ¼ teaspoon of organic sugar, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of lemongrass, 1 tablespoon of ginger torch flower and some chili (depending on liking).
  2. Mix well.

Prepare Vegetables

  1. In a pot, bring water to boil.
  2. Boil both carrot and French bean until tender.

Assemble The Simple Kerabu Red Noodle

  1. Pour in the red rice noodle in a bowl.
  2. Top the red rice noodle with carrot, French beans and kerabu sauce.
  3. Mix well, and serve.
