Ingredients
- 1 Piece Primera Red Rice Noodle
- 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
- 2 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon of Fish Sauce
- ¼ Teaspoon of Organic Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemongrass
- 1 Tablespoon of Ginger Torch Flower
- Chili
- Carrot
- French Bean
Directions
Cook Red Rice Noodle
- In a pot, bring water to boil.
- Boil the red rice noodle for approximately 3 minutes or until it is tender.
Prepare Kerabu Sauce
- In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, ¼ teaspoon of organic sugar, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of lemongrass, 1 tablespoon of ginger torch flower and some chili (depending on liking).
- Mix well.
Prepare Vegetables
- In a pot, bring water to boil.
- Boil both carrot and French bean until tender.
Assemble The Simple Kerabu Red Noodle
- Pour in the red rice noodle in a bowl.
- Top the red rice noodle with carrot, French beans and kerabu sauce.
- Mix well, and serve.
