Tips: The Health You Need

I am extremely sure each one of us desire to lead a happy life. Thus, health plays an important in our life. Without a healthy lifestyle, happiness is nowhere to be found. Below are some tips to apply on a daily basis to make sure health comes first before your own desires.

  1. Don’t consume too much sweetened drinks.
  2. Eat more nuts and seeds such as chia seeds.
  3. Avoid junk food.
  4. Drink coffee but not too much of coffee.
  5. Get quality sleep.
  6. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
  7. Don’t overcook or burn meat.
  8. Get enough sun exposure, especially morning sun.
  9. Have a balanced diet with enough protein, vegetables and fruits.
  10. Keep alcohol consumption in moderation.

These are a few simple tips that can be practiced or altered from our daily routine.  Also, a healthier life does not only relate to food, but exercise, sleep and social relationships are also very crucial.
