Primera Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Egg – 2, whole
Broccoli – 1/3 cup, cut
Carrot – 2 tablespoons, diced
Baby corn – 1/4 cup, cut
Onion – 1 small, sliced
Garlic – 1 clove, chopped
Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Heat oil. Pour in onion and garlic. Stir and leave them for 20 seconds.
- Sequentially add baby corn, carrot and broccoli, each at 30 seconds interval. Sprinkle water occasionally for the vegetables to cook.
- After 30 seconds of adding broccoli, break eggs and evenly spread them to cover the vegetables. When the egg is half-cooked, add in rice and stir to bring all the ingredients to even mixture. Add salt according to your preference. The fried rice is ready.
