Primera Rice Puffs


Primera Rice – 1 cup, uncooked

Coconut oil – for deep frying



  1. Wash the rice. Dry it by placing it on a towel. As long as the rice is not dripping-wet, it is good for frying.
  2. Heat the oil.
  3. Fry Primera Rice until it puffs. Wait until a major portion of the rice to puff. Then, immediately take it out from the oil to avoid burning.
  4. Now, Primera Rice Puffs are ready as snacks.
