Rice Ball

Ingredients:

Primera Rice – 2 cups, cooked

Chicken fillet – 100 grams, diced, boiled

Carrot – 2/3 medium size or 1/3 cup, chopped, boiled

Roasted seaweed – 4 grams

Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons

 

Methods:

  1. Add Primera Rice, chicken fillet and carrot in a bowl.
  2. Then, add roasted seaweed. Break the seaweed using spoon.
  3. After that, mix the ingredients.
  4. Next, add mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients again until mayonnaise coats.
  5. Scoop 2 tablespoons of rice mixture. Press or roll the rice into balls.
  6. Quick Primera rice balls are ready to go into your lunch box!
