Express Fried Rice – Version 2


Primera Rice – 2 cups, cooked

Eggs – 2, large, whole

Carrot – 4 tablespoons, diced

Broccoli – 1/2 cup, sliced

White crab mushroom – 1/2 cup, small pieces

Onion – 2, medium, sliced

Garlic – 3 cloves, large, pound

Cooking oil – 6 tablespoons

Salt – As preferred



  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Stir fry onion for 1 minute. Turn the heat to medium level when stir frying.
  3. Then, add  garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. After that, add carrot and cook for another 30 seconds.
  5. The next ingredient to add is broccoli. Cook for 45 seconds.
  6. Later, add white crab mushrooms and cook for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Sprinkle water if the vegetable mixture is too dry.
  7. Now, add eggs and cook for 15 seconds.
  8. After 15 seconds, add Primera Rice and stir the rice to coat.
  9. Finally, sprinkle salt as preferred. Ideally, 2 sprinkles of salt provides palatable taste while bringing out the natural flavour from onions and vegetables.
  10. Express fried rice is ready as your breakfast meal!
